Our goal is to establish Barossa Valley Estate as one of Australia’s leading premium winemakers and take Barossa Valley to the world.
Barossa Valley Estate winery is a modern facility focusing on high-quality red winemaking production from locally grown Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mourvèdre.
We are now seeking applications from highly motivated Cellar Hands with industry experience to join our 2018 vintage team.
Vintage Cellar Hands are involved in various winemaking and cellar operations from grape receival through to fermentation management, press operations, filtering and cooperage.
Successful applicants will have a self-starting attitude with the energy, motivation and stamina required to be effective in a challenging and rewarding workplace. Experience is preferred and a tertiary qualification in a winemaking or related field will be viewed positively.
Employment would commence at the beginning of February 2018 through to approximately May 2018, with peak work patterns consisting of 12 hours per day, six to seven days per week.
