An innovative wine technology company, VINEX (www.vinex.market) requires the services of a goal orientated customer services coordinator to provide wine trading support to the Regional Manager team, along with dispatch fulfilment and logistics services.
VINEX is a global wine trading exchange based in London with members from 47 counties trading wines (grapes and associated grape derived products). In addition to connecting the market, VINEX publishes market analysis and insights, and provides a range of industry tools and calculators.
You will be joining a young and dynamic team, in a role that incorporates a variety of functions including new member engagement, promotion and demonstration of trading features, trade contract clearing and settlement, and associated fulfilment services. Importantly, you will have an interest in how technology can connect and advance the trade of wine within and across multiple markets.
The role is offered on a full time basis, however reduced weekly or flexible hours may be considered. Based in Adelaide, South Australia. Remuneration will be supported by an attractive performance bonus scheme.
You will have a minimum of 3 year's wine experience working in a trading and/or logistics customer support role across branded, private label and/or bulk wine.
