About the Opportunity
Yalumba now has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Officers to join their centralised Customer Service Team based in Angaston. These roles are being offered on a full-time (Mon - Fri) or part-time (Mon - Wed) 6-12 month contract basis, with a view to permanency. The team operates over the working hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm, with the flexibility in start hours dependent upon the joint requirements of the role and incumbent.
Reporting to the Group Customer Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and support to internal and external customers of their distribution businesses, including Samuel Smith and Son and Negociants Australia.
More specifically, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service via telephone and email;
- Accurately processing orders within current service level agreements;
- Handling all the customers and sales teams' queries and complaints; and
- Communicating with warehouse and stock services teams on stock availability and dispatch.
As part of the Centralised Customer Service Department, you will be working with stakeholders of a specific geographical region, allowing you to develop ongoing relationships with these internal and external customers.
