Gralyn Estate is a successful family-owned business and one of the oldest wineries in Margaret River, known for producing premium Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a range of fortified wines. The winery currently has a 50-tonne production capacity, with the potential for future growth. The recently expanded 10.25ha unirrigated vineyard continues to use organic and regenerative practices to further support an environmentally sustainable site.

This is a senior winemaking role and an opportunity to be involved in a stimulating and progressive business.

The successful applicant will work alongside the owners and Vineyard Manager and be responsible for all winemaking and operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification in Oenology
• Relevant winemaking experience
• High level of technical expertise
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Valid forklift & driver’s licence
• Experience in making fortified wines an advantage
