We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Wine Ambassador to join our boutique winery located in the Barossa Valley. With exciting changes and developments on the horizon, we are looking to expand our team and require a wine ambassador to support the Business Manager – Direct to Consumer.  Our team is working towards some new goals, and we are looking for the perfect person to encourage this development.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the business manager with administrative tasks
• Operate digital platforms such as POS, CRM, and online booking systems
• Process orders and organise logistics
• Promote and educate consumers about the wine portfolio
• Host quality and interactive tasting experiences
• Engage with our wine club members
• Immerse yourself in the culture and be a brand advocate

Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional wine knowledge
• Passion for the Barossa Valley region
• Excellent customer service
• Superb communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders
• Experience with digital platforms is desirable
• Great character with a sense of energy
• Strong organisational skills
• Good decision-making ability
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and driver’s license
• Professional work ethic and a team player
• Must be available to work Saturdays and there may be occasional interstate travel
