We are looking for an enthusiastic Vineyard Hand to join our small team, working over 100ha of vineyard to create high quality cool climate fruit with a focus on sustainability and excellence.

Norfolk Rise is a family-owned business running a 150-hectare vineyard and 1,200 tonne state of the art winery situated by the coast in the beautiful Mt Benson wine region.

The Vineyard Hand will work under direction from the Vineyard Manager to perform tasks required to maintain and care for grape vines throughout the lifecycle of the vine. The Vineyard Hand will need to perform routine maintenance on all machinery and equipment used in the vineyard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in viticulture, agriculture or horticulture but most importantly is willing and able to learn and work with the team.

This is a full time permanent position, not suitable for working holiday visa holders. Applicants must have a valid driver's licence and the right to work in Australia.
