Ross Hill Wines is a family-owned wine business with a strong commitment to the environment and a reputation for producing exceptional cool-climate wines. An opportunity exists to join our dynamic and passionate team at Australia’s first government certified Carbon Neutral winery. This hands-on role will see the successful candidate continue and expand our existing sustainable farming practices. The position offers great experience at different altitudes working with varietals from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ross Hill currently has 2 vineyards:

- 12 hectares @ 750m
- 8 hectares @ 1020m

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on vineyard management
• Management and control of labour and input costs
• Ensure adherence to OH&S procedures and company policies
• Chemical management
• Accurate record-keeping of spray applications and other vineyard operations as required
• Keep maintenance records up to date for all plant and equipment
• Maintenance of grounds and surrounding areas to a high standard

An attractive remuneration will be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.

Must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
