 VINEYARD MANAGER

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for you to join our team. Reporting to our Chief Viticulturist and Technical Officer, we are seeking a Vineyard Manager to lead our Keyneton based team. This is a hands-on role managing the various operational tasks and seasonal activities in an efficient and effective manner, working cohesively with the Assistant Manager, Team Supervisor and wider vineyard team.

Candidates will have the technical knowledge, the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, a demonstrated commitment to creating a proactive safety culture, with a passion for pursuing quality and organic viticulture.

Qualifications, experience & required skills:

  • Ideally 5+ years in a similar role
  • Formal qualifications in Viticulture/Horticulture
  • ChemCert accreditation
  • Current drivers licence (inc. manual vehicles)
  • Excellent people, leadership and communication skills
