Forester Estate of Margaret River is seeking two commission sales representatives responsible for generating sales and servicing all on-premise and independent licensed outlets in Sydney and surrounds.
Forester Estate is a nationally recognised and established family owned and managed brand with premium vineyards and winery in the northern end of the Margaret River appellation. Our wines continue to receive medal recognition from the National Wine Show circuit and endorsements from distinguished commentators.
To fulfil the roles we require people with a strong empathy and patient attitude alongside an understanding of the needs of independent small businesses in a highly competitive market. They will combine these attributes with the ability to show clients the path to profitability and success from the Forester Estate premium wine portfolio.
Those appointed will have a pioneering approach to open doors and expand business with current and new clients. This success will be driven and measured by a personal urgency and hunger to achieve goals and remuneration motivated by a commission structure reflecting effort and success.
Premium wines are in a state of continual evolution and those associated need to be immersed in and excited about these changes and reflect them in their selling technique. Wine industry experience will be looked upon as valuable but not a prerequisite for these positions.
