Our Organisation:

Riverace Viticulture is the largest vineyard management and contract services business in Western Australia. We manage in excess of 20 vineyard estates across all the sub-regions of Margaret River, as well as providing specialised services and harvesting to a further 100 properties.

Our team operates a range of machinery, grape harvesters, tractors, and equipment supported by our own mechanics and dedicated workshop.

The Role:

We have a full-time position available for a Machinery Operator with exceptional skills. Viticultural experience is preferred but not essential, but previous experience with agricultural machinery operations is required.

• Proven experience with Viticultural or Agricultural machinery operations.
• Good communication & problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Hands on approach to all areas of Machinery operations, including pre-starts, daily maintenance, OHS procedures and post operation reports.
• Adaptable, being able to work within and understand the demands of the seasons and the requirements within each.

Requirements:

• Experience in viticultural or agricultural machinery operations.
• Driver's licence
• Physically fit

Remuneration:

Salary $70 - $78K plus superannuation, with further potential for the right candidate.
