The team at Bec Hardy Wines is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to help manage its logistics across domestic and international markets.

Bec Hardy Wines (BHW) is a family-owned and -operated premium wine business based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Bec is a 6th generation member of and the first female vigneron from one of Australia’s oldest wine families, the Hardys.

Based at the company’s Bec Hardy cellar door and main office in McLaren Vale, this position will provide day-to-day management of the company’s logistics and warehouse. The hours can be full-time or flexible / part-time to accommodate working parents.

Skills and experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service, time management, communication and presentation skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Being a team player and able to work efficiently with people across different areas of BHW

Primary responsibilities will include:
• Effective and timely management of logistics across domestic retail, wholesale and export
• Effective management of stock across cellar door and warehouses
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail, wholesale and export customers
• Successful management of office and cellar door supplies
• Provide support to the Managing Directors, Production & Logistics Manager and marketing team

The successful candidate will have:
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol badge
• A forklift licence
• A full Australian driver’s licence
• Australian Permanent Residency
