Mr. Mick Winery, Cellar Door and Kitchen, is a vibrant, rapidly growing global fine wine business situated in the heart of the beautiful Clare Valley. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and competent cellar hand to join our dynamic winery operations team in an exciting phase of growth.

Requirements:

• Competency in all cellar operations, cellar hygiene and vintage processing
• Motivated, process driven and the ability to understand the importance of correct cellar procedures in ensuring wine quality
• Attention to detail, logical thought process and strong work ethic
• Interest in wine and winemaking
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours over vintage
• Minimum of 2 years cellar experience preferred
• Car licence
• Forklift licence

Previous winery / cellar experience and formal training highly regarded.
