Hospitality All-Rounder

Would you like to bring your ‘flavour’ to the Richard Hamilton Kitchen?

Are you tired of working split shifts and evenings and know your way around a kitchen?

An exciting opportunity is being created for a Hospitality Super-Star to join the Team at Richard Hamilton Wines. We are looking to expand our food offerings and want you and your fresh ideas!

This role includes, but not limited to, food prep/cooking/dishes/clearing tables and comfortable with FOH if required. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen favourable but no formal qualification required.

Cellar Door Sales/Front of House

Greeting all guests promptly and provide knowledgeable, consistent, and courteous Hosted Wine Flights that educate guests on the Hamilton family history, our vineyards and wines, ultimately leading to an engaging visitor experience.

Capturing new member details by encourage Wine Club membership to increase sales and build customer loyalty.

Perform all daily Cellar Door functions, processing transactions, stocking wine, packing orders and general housekeeping duties, back up kitchen duties and food preparation as needed

To be successful in your application for either position you must have:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Effective team player with a positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation
• Good wine knowledge and a passion to learn
• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
• Prior Winery and /or Hospitality or Retail experience is valued
• Current RSA & ideally RP badge or wiling to obtain.

Remuneration and hours to be negotiated with the successful candidates, opportunity for regular hours but must be available on weekends with flexible rotating rosters.
