Surrounded by vineyards and rolling country views the cellar door at Nashdale Lane Wines is a unique and idyllic ‘office’ for wine/hospitality industry professionals looking for great day time work hours and an exciting + challenging job based in the beautiful wine region of Orange, NSW.  Reporting directly to senior management, the cellar door manger forms a vital part of Nashdale Lane's close-knit team of exceptional winemakers, viticulturists and sales & marketing specialists with ultimate responsibility for managing daily operations, conducting wine tastings, processing sales & online orders and managing stock at an award-winning cellar door.  Excellent wine knowledge, customer service, communication and organisational skills form the basis of the role.  In addition the ability to drive customers to the cellar door and online by establishing new partnerships, collaborations, coming up with on-site events and add-on cellar door experiences will be highly regarded and rewarded with potential for extra income/ commission - on top of base salary. The Cellar Door Manager also manages existing ad-hoc special events, part-time/casual staff and the smooth operation of popular onsite accommodation, Nashdale Lane Glamping.
