Cellar Door Manager – Campbells Wines

Campbells Wines is a family owned company with a long and proud tradition of premium wine production at Rutherglen.  Our Cellar Door is a vital and integral part of our operation.

We are seeking a person to work with our vibrant Cellar Door team and to manage our busy Cellar Door day to day.  The role includes cellar door sales, leadership of the Cellar Door team, various administrative tasks and support with Campbells annual events.

Additionally, the role requires:

• A genuine love of wine, food and meeting new people
• The ability to create a warm and welcoming Cellar Door to create a truly memorable experience for our guests
• Great leadership skills with an awareness of culture to team build within a busy winery.
• Work collaboratively with our Cellar Club Team and all aspects of the winery.
• Great organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise and coordinate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• An appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail.
• A commitment to quality at all times.

The position is 5 days per week, ideally incorporating weekend work at Cellar Door.

The salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
