When Rockford first opened, all sales were made at Cellar Door, almost always after a tasting and a conversation. This approach set the tone.

The Cellar Door remains at the heart of who we are.

It’s where we welcome back friends who’ve been with us for a long time, and it’s where we introduce a new generation of people to the Barossa and to the best of the traditional Australian wine trade.

We are looking for someone to join our Cellar Door team to host visitors and Stone Wall Society members and to assist with some of the events we offer guests.

We are encouraging applications from people who will be naturally inclined to meet and welcome people to Rockford and the Barossa and to connect with them through the stories of this wonderful region, its people, culture, history, and wine.

The person we’re looking for already has excellent knowledge of wine and will be ready to share in the joy of the world we live and work in.

This is a secure, permanent, full-time position. The monetary and personal rewards will reflect the significance we place on Cellar Door and on the people who work there.
