Your opportunity to join a fast-growing boutique wine distributor with an an exciting portfolio of award-winning wines from Australia and across Europe.

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Area Manager to manage and drive growth of our exciting brands throughout the Greater Brisbane region.  Working within a fast paced, dynamic organisation and reporting to the Brisbane based General Manager, this exciting and autonomous role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth through On-Premise and retail channels
- Management and development of key accounts
- Creative development of alternative sales channels
- Account support as required (staff training, in-store tastings etc.)
- Liaison with winery/brand principals to support sustained growth of QLD market
- Meeting set KPIs

We are looking for someone with considerable market experience and understanding, coupled with genuine passion for the wonderful trade we work in. To be truly successful this person will need to:

- Be confident and articulate, able to communicate successfully with their broad range of contacts
- Know the independent On Premise and retail channels like the back of their hand
- Demonstrate creativity and strategy in developing new routes to market
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with their finger on the pulse of the industry
- Have great organisational skills
- Be able to hit the ground running
