George & Angus

George and Angus equally share the role of Guest Relations. George looks after games for the customers, mostly making them throw a ball down the hill for him to fetch. Angus takes his job as host very seriously, by greeting each and every car on arrival and escorting them to their tables. Angus also takes on an additional role of head of quality assurance for the produce, by making sure the cheese and charcuterie boards are of a very high standard! They are always beautifully presented and ready to take on what the day has ready for them.
