Hidden Creek Winery and Café has been established for around 20 years on Queensland’s Granite Belt. The business scope currently includes:-

• Managing vineyards (5 acres high quality Shiraz, Merlot also contract grown Tempranillo and other varieties)
• Wine making  Hidden Creek range (approx. 1000 cases annual,  winery has higher capacity).
• Contract wine making for others
• Manage distribution through mailing list and Brisbane agent to restaurants and retail
• Operate café and cellar door
