Cellar Door Supervisor 

Established in 1864, All Saints Estate has been producing award winning wines for over 150 years. Located in the Rutherglen wine region of Victoria, our vineyard plantings are some of the oldest in Australia. All Saints Estate is renowned for both its table and fortified wines. Including a 5 star rating by James Halliday, a multi award-winning one hat restaurant, and a boutique cheese and produce store.

A rare opportunity exists for a sales driven person to join our small, dynamic team at All Saints Estate as the Cellar Door Supervisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best winery experience to our wine club members, visitors and restaurant customers at our Cellar Door.

We are looking for a candidate that loves wine, food and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role you will oversee the day to day operation of the Cellar Door and be responsible for the promotion of the   All Saints Estate brand.

You will maximise sales revenue and profitability of the Cellar Door by fully engaging and education of the Cellar Door customers.

You will ensure that you provide a unique experience to winery visitors.

You will be responsible for the overall presentation of the Cellar Door and related facilities and ensure that our standards are met.

Skills

• Outstanding knowledge of wine and the wine industry.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in FMCG or a sales environment and a passion to drive and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role and show leadership in the day to day operations of the Cellar Door.
• Knowledge of open/close processes and cash handling.
• Proficient with computers (Word, Excel and Windows Outlook) and POS systems.
• Attention to details in all areas of operation.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• Possess a current driving licence
• Victorian RSA
