Tyrrells Wine has been proudly family owned for more than 154 years with a rich history. Murray Tyrrell pioneered Australia’s First Commercial Chardonnay in the early 1970s and introduced Australia to the winemaking concept of white wine barrel fermentation.
 
Today Tyrrells Wines are a truly national company with vineyards established in Australia’s premium wine growing regions- Limestone Coast, Heathcote but the Hunter valley is still our home.
 
Fourth generation Family member Bruce Tyrrell heads a winemaking company that boasts well established popular and highly recognisable wine brands that are exported to over 30 countries worldwide.
