Job Summary: Wine Maker/ Director of Wine Production Operations will provide consultation services to acquire the proper production equipment and machinery, operational and inspirational leadership for all wine production personnel for our future facility in Indianapolis, IN. Winemaker will be responsible for overseeing daily wine processing operations, laboratory, quality, database, recordkeeping, etc. This is a chance to help build the winery production area to fit the needs of wine production and grow with a large up and coming winery located in Indianapolis,IN.
Requirements: BA/BS in area of responsibility or 2 plus years of experience or training in winery activities and supervision or emphasis in technical or production related disciplines or equivalent combination of experience and education. Formal Education preferred (UC-Davis, etc.)
