Viticulture Graduate Position 2013

During the course of the two year program you will gain exposure to diverse geography, scale and products across Treasury Wine Estates "state of the art" facilities. Over three placements in different regional vineyard locations and with a combination of formal and hands-on training, your skills and experience will be enhanced. Learn about all facets of production from the vineyard to final blending, as well as being able to engage with some of the industries most highly regarded people and participate in the most innovative production practices. Take the opportunity to build the foundations of your career in viticulture with both hands and be challenged as you learn on the job and gain valuable insight into this industry.

An outstanding level of commitment, drive and the desire to learn in a safety-oriented, team-based environment is mandatory. Your strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and organise will see you work well within a driven specialised sector. Your judgement and problem solving skills will be second to none!

About to complete or having recently completed a university degree with a focus on Viticulture, Horticulture or Agriculture degree, a passion about our industry and a thirst to learn will set you up for success. Subject to performance, graduates can expect to continue their career development in our organisation upon successful completion of the program.

Applicants must be able to relocate approximately three times during the two year program.
