Howard Park and Madfish are brands produced by Burch Family Wine. We are a leading producer of premium regional wines from the Great Southern and Margaret River regions of Western Australia. We produce wine under several brands including Howard Park and Madfish.

We are currently recruiting Cellarhands for the 2013 Vintage at our Cowaramup winery in the Margaret River Wine Region. Commencing February 2013.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, general cleaning, fruit receival and processing, rackings, transfers, red pump overs, and barrel work.  We expect to crush approx 4000t of fruit for the 2013 Vintage.

We seek a competent, reliable, self-motivated team member who will be able to contribute to the production of premium wines across a wide range of styles.  Cellar experience is desired but not essential.  The successful applicant will need to demonstrate close attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm and an understanding of wine quality.  The position also requires the ability to work extended hours of shift work.
