Stella Bella Wines is a small and dynamic company which is committed to producing the best wines from the Margaret River GI.   We now have an exciting opportunity for the right person to become part of our team.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, team player to take responsibility for operating our vineyards in a manner which will produce grapes to exceed our already exacting standards. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for 90 hectares of vineyard over 6 sites in Margaret River.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• A passion and intuition for growing fantastic grapes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience (in several regions would be advantageous.!)
• Tertiary qualifications in viticulture
• Sound management skills
• Good awareness of OHS and HR responsibilities and requirements
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• A passion for wine, and understanding the connection between great grapes, and great wine
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• Team work and leadership skills
• Permanent Australian Residency
