Krinklewood farm team is seeking a full time permanent replacement to our current farm hand/groundsman.

The successful candidate must be multi-skilled, flexible, and dependable. They must be able to work as part of a small team, have a good level of fitness and take pride in your work. They must also be prepared to work flexible hours at times under stressful conditions and in various outdoor climates. And turn their hand to whatever is required in the day to day running of a small farm insuring quality and quantity standards are met. Having abilities of mechanical aptitude would be asset.

 Example of Duties are:

• safe and careful operation and maintenance of farming machinery and equipment
• Carrying out grounds maintenance and upkeep
• vegetable  & orchard gardening
• animal care (feeding duties, health observation etc)
• vineyard duties as required (approx 3 / 5 days per week)

Hands on sustainable farming experience would be beneficial but not mandatory, along with an interest in Biodynamic/organics, both agriculture and lifestyle.

 Hard working is a requirement ofcourse !
