VINEYARD SUPERVISOR

Based at our Bridgeland Vineyard, Margaret River

 

Reporting to the Manager, Bridgeland Vineyard, the role will principally involve supervising vineyard labour crews but will also encompass technical duties, IPM, Entwine environmental tasks, harvest operations and back up our sprayer operator when required.  This is a varied and challenging role and provides ‘scope out of the ordinary’ requiring a person ‘who can think outside the square’

 

You must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• viticultural experience preferred;
• experienced in supervising labour teams;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• excellent time management and analytical skills to ensure job efficiency;
• reliability.
