Voyager Estate is one of Australia’s most recognisable wine estates and a key wine and food destination of Margaret River. Our restaurant is consistently recognised as one of the state’s best not only for its impressive dining room but also for the quality of food, menu design and service standards. Our award-winning restaurant is open for lunch 7 days per week, as well as hosting select evening events and private functions throughout the year.
We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Restaurant team in delivering a memorable dining experience to visitors to the estate. This is a hands-on role encompassing daily restaurant operations, business planning, budget and sales management, and training and development of the restaurant team.
The successful applicant will have prior restaurant management experience, will love and relish a busy service, and be up for the challenge of developing an outstanding team.
The restaurant is one aspect of our busy cellar door and the successful candidate will be expected to develop close working relationships with our management team including the Executive Chef and Wine Room Manager to deliver on the business plan for Cellar Door.
