Barrel Ten Quarter Circle has an immediate opening for a Production Lead at our ISO-9001 certified Napa facility. Responsibilities include the supervision of all bottling personnel, ensuring all decorative packaging and case identifications are in compliance with Bronco quality standards and government requirements. Ensure all line setups are properly completed with the required packaging materials positioned, direct bottling sanitation and help in any area or department as directed.

Must be computer literate. Must be able to make decisions, follow all company and winery safety requirements and policies, recommendations, effectively direct the workforce, analyze production problems and act accordingly.
