Wine Science/Oenology Graduate Position!
Take the opportunity to be a part of this well established program that has seen graduates successfully developed into senior positions in the wine industry.
Our team will welcome you into our "state of the art" facilities when you join this two year Graduate Program. With placements in two different regional locations and a combination of formal and hands-on training, your skills will be well rounded.
Get exposed to the diverse geography, scale and product of Treasury Wine Estates many vineyards and interactions with its grower supply base, as well as engagement with some of the industries most highly regarded people and practices. You will be exposed to the diverse winemaking styles, scale and product grade targets at several of Treasury Wine Estates key wineries. Learn about all facets of winemaking from vineyard to final blending, as well as engagement with some of the industries most highly regarded people and practices.
Take the opportunity to build the foundations of your career within your chosen discipline with both hands and be challenged as you learn on the job and gain valuable insight into this industry. An outstanding level of commitment, drive and desire to learn in a safety-oriented, team-based environment is mandatory.
You have completed a Wine Science or Oenology degree or are due to complete in 2012. Your impressive academic record and passion about our industry and thirst to learn will set you up for success. Subject to performance and suitable opportunities, graduates might continue their career development in our organisation upon successful completion of the program. Your strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan and organise will see you work well within a driven specialised sector. Your judgment and problem solving skills will be second to none!
Applicants must be able to relocate approximately two times during the two year program.
