Iconic McLaren Vale winery, Wirra Wirra Vineyards, situated just 45 kilometres south of Adelaide, is looking for two (2) full-time cellar operators to join their award-winning winemaking team.

The successful applicants will have previous experience in the production of premium wines, attention to detail and be a positive team player wishing to make a genuine contribution to the cellars at Wirra Wirra.  They will be committed to a safe workplace, calm under pressure and willing to teach and learn, sharing their experience with the team.

Experience in all aspects of cellar work is desired, with operation of key winery plant such as barrel work, basket and bag presses, lenticular/cross flow filtration and centrifuging of red wines, some of the key duties.  They will have the capacity to work independently as well as part of the team, to take instruction and enjoy playing a role in educating new cellar crew at Wirra Wirra.
