The Lane Vineyard is an Adelaide Hills wine business that has an enviable reputation for its wine and food and being a destination of choice for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.

We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join our high performing hospitality team.

Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include event strategy, planning and stakeholder specific marketing, sourcing events that build The Lane Vineyard’s brand and managing event logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Extensive experience in event management preferably in a hospitality or wine business

Outstanding communication and organisational skills

An ability to work with customers, staff and suppliers to produce outstanding customer service

A track record in sales, problem solving, negotiating and planning profitable events

Part-time Hours will include weekend and evening work.
