A great opportunity to join the wine industry is on offer in the unique role of Client Services Officer / Production Scheduler at our bottling plant in Chullora. This newly created position involves being responsible for key client service activities as well as for the management of a busy and dynamic production schedule. It involves extensive liaison with a wide range of parties and will play a key role in ensuring that the Portavin NSW operations continue to provide outstanding customer service in an efficient manner.
We seek an experienced administrator, with excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat personality who has an eye for detail and a flair for juggling tasks and priorities. This position calls for a candidate who:
- Can demonstrate experience and high level performance in a customer service role,
- Has excellent communication and time management skills,
- Is self motivated and very well organized,
- Is accustomed to working in a busy production environment.
Experience within the wine industry and/or in a production scheduling role are not essential but will be highly valued. Experience working with an ERP system will also be an advantage. OHS awareness and a current driver’s license are essential requirements.
