They have a implemented are edgy place in the market with excellent brand positioning.Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced Cellar Manager to raise the bar in this great business. This position reports directly to the Chief Winemaker and is responsible for: ensuring all aspects of work planning are in place to achieve production requirements including plant, labour and materials and people They will be responsible for developing and implementing operational standards to create an open flow of communication to assist the team achieve success.

The successful applicant must have proven experience in wine production environments, sound planning and budgeting skills as well as demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop and mentor people.
