Hay Shed Hill, a family-owned premium winery, seeks a full-time Cellar Door Sales Manager to lead our busy Margaret River cellar door sales team.

The role is focused on the continued growth in sales of Hay Shed Hill and will suit an outgoing positive person with a strong sales record.

The Cellar Door manager will have excellent leadership skills, sound wine knowledge and administrative skills and the ability to train and motivate staff.

The role will include weekend and public holiday work.

Essentials for the position include

• sound wine knowledge

• proven strong sales record, preferably within the wine or similar industry

• positive, bubbly personality and the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks

• excellent communication and managerial skills
• sound administrative skills

• a high standard of dress and grooming.
