Cellar Door Professional
 
NEPENTHE WINES – Adelaide Hills

We are an innovative and world-renowned wine brand located in the Adelaide Hills.  We are looking for an experienced, organised, outgoing and problem-solving person to manage our Cellar Door and small sales team in conjunction with our National Management Team.

 Responsibilities will predominantly include:

• Motivating a small sales team
• Managing P&L and budget
• Point of contact for local tourism bodies and joint promotions with local trade
• Demonstrated proficiency in point of sale (POS)
• Proficiency in stock management and stock taking processes
• Experience in winery membership sales
• Host domestic and international wine media and trade visitors; and
• Managing group wine tastings, corporate functions

 Preferred experience required:

• Experienced Cellar Door professional
• Exceptional presentation skills
• RSA / food and beverage certificates

 A company vehicle may be negotiable. The five day roster will include weekends.
