 In this exciting new position you will: 

• Lead the Cellar Door team to provide unique experiences for all visitors and transform all visitors into Brand Ambassadors through sharing out stories
• Deliver financial objectives of the Rosemount Brand Business Unit
• Develop new opportunities to increase visitation to our venues
• Execute member acquisition strategy to ensure member sign-up targets are met
• Manage staffing levels and costs through accurate forecasting, rostering and reporting

Your previous experience inretail or cellar doorwine sales coupled with advanced wine industry knowledge and proven track record in sales will see you succeed in this position. The key will be your strong sales acumen, commitment to exceptional customer serviceand ambition to drive towards number and growth targets. Your previous management in customer database and club memberships will be an advantage.
