Stella Bella Wines is a small but dynamic company which is committed to producing the best wines from the Margaret River GI.   We are seeking an experienced Cellar Door Manager who will be based at our cellar door on Rosa Brook Road in Margaret River.

We seek applicants who are highly organized, enthusiastic, hard working, capable of working autonomously and dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service.  Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Proven track record in hospitality or a similar role, with a minimum two years of  experience
• Professional Customer Service with experience in the wine industry
• Cellar Door Sales
• Administration Duties
• Data entry on computer system (MYOB & MS Office Products)
• Stock control
• Staff Management, rostering and training
• Cash handling duties
• Passion for and strong knowledge of wine and its production
• RSA Certificate is essential
• Approved Manager certificate is desirable

This full time position will involve weekend work and public holidays.
