Kingston Estate Wines is one of Australia’s largest and most progressive family owned wine producers having achieved international recognition and success.
To enable us to meet our growing customer requirements, we are seeking enthusiastic Cellar Coordinators to join our Cellar leadership team in ensuring the delivery of efficient and accurate cellar operations.
Cellar Coordinators are actively involved in staff management, training and development, contributing to improvements in the cellar as well as ensuring compliance with our management systems including wine quality and OHS.
These positions would suit motivated and task focussed individuals who are capable of leading and supervising teams to achieve operational goals.
Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a cellar, proven problem solving ability and strong interpersonal and written communication skills. A current forklift licence and certificate qualifications in Food Processing (Cellar) and Management will be highly regarded.
