Scotchmans Hill is a family owned winery and vineyard on the Bellarine Peninsula specialising in premium wines with a regional focus.  Established in 1982 by the Browne Family, Scotchmans Hill continues to be one of Victoria's most prominent family owned wine businesses.  Beginning with wines made solely from grapes grown on the Bellarine Peninsula we have evolved into a company that produces wines from key regions of Australia and New Zealand.

We have added a second facility at Waurn Ponds near Geelong called The Hill to among other things facilitate our bottling and warehousing of all products as well as contract wines.

We require for our Hill facility a bottling line operator to run our day to day bottling and packaging line operations. This is a hands on, full time role, working directly with our small yet motivated bottling team. The position will also require a close working relationship with our winemaking and warehousing personal.

Reporting directly to our Production and Warehouse Manager your specific responsibilities for this role include

- daily operation of bottling line
- strict adherence to all bottling line procedures and protocols
- correct and accurate record keeping
- be mechanically minded
- supervision of staff on the line
- required to carry out general maintenance on the line
