Faber Vineyard is a well established and growing family wine business making excellent wines from our own vineyard and selected growers.  We also make wines on contract for a number of long term clients.  We are seeking a keen winemaker to join our small winemaking team .  

The successful applicant will work closely with the owner/winemaker and be responsible for daily winery operations and supervision of winery staff. You will be involved in all aspects of artisan winemaking across a range of premium styles - sparkling, tablewine, and fortified wine.  This is a hands on position.  You will also be involved in the vineyard, bottling and packaging and customer service. This position will become permanent after completing a minimum probationary period.
We are located in the Swan Valley on the edge of Perth, offering an outstanding lifestyle location. Requirements:  If you are seriously interested in making great regional wines, want to see and feel winemaking right in front of you, are careful and pay attention to detail, are strong and fit and enjoy pitching in, then this is for you.
This position requires a good understanding of small scale winery operations and hands on skills. 
Winemaking qualifications, winery experience - vintage/nonvintage, experience supervising staff, vineyard experience, forklift and RSA certification will all be viewed favourably
