Clovely Estate was established in 1997 and operates a 174ha vineyard and 37,000 tree olive grove in the South Burnett GI of Queensland. The vineyard is planted to 14 different varieties of grapes and the winery is capable of processing up to 2000 tonnes of fruit. Clovely is contract winemaker for 15 other wine brands.

Clovely Estate is seeking an Assistant Winemaker to work with their small, dedicated production team. The position will suit a skilled, hands-on, motivated individual with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of winery operations, will be able to manage cellar and casual staff, be able to work autonomously and be an effective team member with a “can-do” attitude. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about wine and the wine industry and has completed or is in the process of completing a winemaking degree. A current and valid drivers licence and forklift licence is required.
