Our award winning brands include McGuigan, Tempus Two, Nepenthe and Miranda and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Vineyard Manager to join our Balranald based team.

Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, this position will see you play a key role in implementation & monitoring of work programs covering all vineyard operations. Your key responsibilities will include the supervision of staff, the coordination of spray programs and training staff in Vineyard operations.

The applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to show leadership and excellent people management skills, a commitment to ensuring a safe workplace and a well developed understanding of MS Office.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Vineyard Management, with competencies in all aspects of Vineyard operations as well as the desire to be part of the Australian Vintage team.
