Administration Assistant – PTI PACIFIC (Truganina, VIC)

 

  • Permanent role – Approx. 20hr per week but can increase for the right person
  • Business receptionist and administration
  • Sales and engineering administration
  • Assistant to the director

 

PTI PACIFIC is a manufacturer of specialist process equipment for beverage, pharmaceutical and hospital service providers. With national and international distribution in place for our specialist machines, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic assistant to manage the daily reception and administrative tasks as well as administrative support for the director, sales, engineering and dispatch teams.

 

This position will start at 20 hours per week (negotiable) but for the right person this can quickly move to a full-time position with definite career progression available. If answering a few calls and emails is your idea of a great job then perhaps this isn’t the position for you, however if you’re a passionate person who’s eager to learn, has excellent organisation skills, is systems and procedures minded and has a genuine desire to grow with a progressive company then we’d love to hear from you.

Experience within the beverage, medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries is preferred however not essential.
