We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Vineyard Supervisor to assist in the day to day activities of our vineyard. The ideal candidate will possess sound viticultural knowledge, with a desire to produce high quality cool climate fruit.

This is a hands-on position responsible for providing all operational support to the Vineyard Manager, working daily in the vineyard and operating machinery as needed. Applicants require sound knowledge of all vineyard activities, together with good communication and time management skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
Prior experience in vineyard operations is essential. A minimum of Cert 3 in Viticulture or equivalent is favourable.

Requiring a degree of flexibility and working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will be a dedicated and driven contributor.  The opportunity for professional growth is available.

• Pruning/Vine training/Canopy management
• Pest/Disease/Weed management
• Irrigation operation/repairs
• Trellis repairs
• Supervision of casual employees/contractors
• Operation of vineyard machinery.
• Have the ability to work outside of normal working hours
• Have a strong work ethic, integrity and be well presented.
