2019 Vintage Nightshift Winemakers

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Yalumba’s renowned winemakers and assist in the vintaging of outstanding wines.

We are seeking two qualified and experienced winemakers to monitor and maintain the quality processing of fruit and processed juice in the red and white cellar. Working collaboratively and cooperatively with the Cellar team you will monitor and manage ferments, make additions and respond to anomalies to meet winemaking standards.

The successful candidates will have superior technical and oenological competencies and demonstrate great attention to detail and communication skills. You will enjoy teamwork and also be capable of operating with some autonomy.

The positions require night shiftwork up to 12 hours per day and 6 days per week. Attractive terms and conditions of employment apply. The roles are likely to commence on 17 January and conclude in late March and mid-April respectively, dependent on the season.
