Established by the Jesuits in 1851, Sevenhill Cellars is the oldest winery in the Clare Valley and a highly regarded producer of red, white and fortified wines including sacramental wine. There is an emphasis on traditional, premium winemaking, through the use of the open slate fermenters and a basket press as well as utilising modern plant, equipment and winemaking practices.

Sevenhill Cellars has been classified as a 5 Star winery and has around 50,000 people visit this unique Clare Valley property every year.

The fruit for Sevenhill is sourced from its own low yielding, premium vineyards with several blocks of old vines including some at 60, 100 and 150 years of age.
